We’re Hiring 4 Full-Time Remote Video Editors (Remote)
Salary: ৳30,000 – ৳35,000 per month (Based on skill and experience)
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
We are hiring for two different positions.
1. YouTube Video Editor
You should have strong experience editing:
- Talking Head Videos
- VSL (Video Sales Letter)
- Podcasts
- Vlogs
- Real Estate Videos
- Facebook & YouTube Ads
- SaaS Promo Videos (Plus Point if you have strong experience.)
2. Documentary Video Editor
You should have strong experience creating high-quality documentary videos with excellent:
- Storytelling
- Pacing
- Sound Design
- Sound Effects
- Motion Graphics
- Animation
- Engaging Visuals
You DO NOT need to be an expert in both categories.
If you’re applying as a YouTube Video Editor, you only need expertise in YouTube-style content.
If you’re applying as a Documentary Video Editor, you only need expertise in documentary editing.
Bonus Advantage
If you’re an expert in both YouTube editing and Documentary editing, that will be a strong plus point.
Candidates who can confidently handle both categories at an expert level will be given higher priority during the hiring process.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for expert-level individual video editors who can understand client requirements, follow scripts accurately, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are NOT looking for:

- Agencies
- Mobile Editors (If you edit on mobile, please do not apply.)

We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term, stable, full-time career and is ready to work professionally.
Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
Plus Points
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Filmora
- Adobe Audition
- Experience editing SaaS videos (Plus Point)
You must also have:
- Strong storytelling skills
- Excellent pacing
- Professional sound design
- Sound effects knowledge
- Motion graphics & animation skills
- Good understanding of English (Mandatory)
We’re looking for editors who know how to keep viewers engaged, not someone who only knows basic cutting, simple design, or basic motion graphics.
Demo Is Mandatory
To evaluate your editing quality, we will provide you with a 30 second editing task.
You must complete the assigned demo exactly as instructed.
This demo is completely unpaid.
