1. Our Philosophy on Satisfaction
At Scalexone, we are Results Oriented. Our goal is to scale your brand, not just “complete a task.” If you are unsatisfied with the direction of a project, we prioritize collaborative feedback loops and revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets the high standards we promised.
2. Project-Based Services
Applicable to: Web Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
- Pre-Work: If you request a refund before any strategy or design work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
- Work-In-Progress: Once the project has moved into the “active” phase (e.g., wireframing, initial drafts, or editing), refunds are typically not offered. This covers the labor costs of our expert team.
- Final Delivery: Once final files are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. Monthly Retainer Services
Applicable to: Social Media Management, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, we require a 30-day notice period to wind down operations and finalize reporting.
- Non-Refundable Months: Payments for months already serviced are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
4. Paid Media & Ad Spend
Applicable to: PPC Ads and Social Media Ads.
- Management Fees: Scalexone management fees are non-refundable once the campaign strategy and setup have been initiated.
- Direct Ad Spend: Scalexone is not responsible for the money paid directly to platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn. These funds are controlled by the respective platforms and are subject to their own refund policies.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Hours already logged by our expert team.
- Third-party costs (stock footage, software licenses, or plugins) purchased specifically for your project.
- Customized CRM setups once the data migration has begun.
6. How to Resolve an Issue
We don’t want you to leave unhappy. If you feel a deliverable has missed the mark:
- Request a Revision: Most of our packages include specific revision rounds to pivot based on your feedback.
- Contact Support: Reach out to your Personalized CRM contact or our 24/7 Support team. We will escalate the issue to a project lead to find a strategic solution.
